EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2007
Effective Monday, October 1, 2007, revised rule 18.19.5.12 NMAC establishes:
- New requirements regarding the documents we accept from applicants for a non-commercial driver’s license or identification card as proof of their identification number, identity and New Mexico residency (Click Here for Details); and
- New Alternative Identification Card for individuals who need an ID but are unable to meet the requirements for a New Mexico driver’s license or identification card (Click Here for Details).
