Phase 1

Phase 1 of the North Main Extension is complete. It involved the installation of utilities (electric, sewer, and water lines), curb and gutter, sidewalks, street paving, landscaping, remote parking area, plaza, and trail to Rio de Animas Park.

Phase 2

Involves some additional infrastructure to North Main. This includes:

• Restroom. Restroom ordered, 2 to 4-month lead time, antiocipate June delivery.

• Lift/Pump Station. Wet well designed for maximum size is in the process of being ordered. The pump system will be ordered once development begins.

• Hampton Canyon Culverts. The crossing of Hampton Canyon Arroyo needs to be properly resized due to past flooding events. Crossing has been designed, filing for permits underway.
