Ancient Trails Solar Field

The City of Aztec is seeking to construct a second solar field for the purpose of generating electricity.

• Completed in 2022.

The existing access road to the solar field requires design and improvements.

• Seeking quotes for materials and construction.

• Final Design completed.

• Feasibility study completed; Interconnection study completed; Facilities study underway.

• Formal engineering of the solar field will be required.

• Funding is being sought. PACE application, state application, and federal applications have been submitted.
